Terms and conditions for Magazine Subscriptions
Muktadhara.com (Muktadhara Inc) currently offers domestic U.S. customers a wide variety of Indian magazine and newspaper subscriptions Bangladeshi and many Indian regional languages. It can be subscribed through us for the period of one year or six months. By ordering subscription from us, you agree the following terms and conditions.
You can order magazines and newspapers to be sent to any address within the 50 United States. At this time, we are unable to send magazine subscriptions to U.S. protectorates or other destinations outside the U.S.
1. Shipping Method: Our Subscription Dept. ships from New York by US Postal Services.
2. Fulfillment: Once we receive an order, subscription will be started either from current issue if available or next coming issue. Your subscription is then shipped via BOUND PRINTED MATTER class mail for the duration it is subscribed. Your subscription starts from the first issue you receive. Subscription doesn’t contain any free offer or promotion or gift comes with magazine or news paper.
3. Schedule: There is not any particular time of mailing of each issue. Generally we ship all subscription on the same business day it arrives from India and Bangladesh.
4. Delivery: We rely on US Postal Service for accurate delivery and proper handling of our shipment. Though it is mailed as standard Printed Matter Class post, we cannot guarantee the delivery time of a shipment. Please note, BOUND PRINTED MATTER class mailing takes more time than First Class mail for delivery. Muktadhara.com or its owner Muktadhara Inc. is not responsible for any issues damaged, delayed or misplaced by US Postal Service or other shipping carrier. We can not replace / resend any issue once it is mailed from our office.
5. Cancellation: All of our magazine and newspaper subscriptions are non-refundable and can not be cancelled once the order is processed. For any questions or concerns contact muktadharainc@gmail.com.
6. Pricing: All the subscription prices are inclusive of shipping, handling and applicable taxes.
7. Change of address: You can change the shipping address during your subscription period at any time. Please email us at muktadharainc@gmail.com with reference to your subscription account number, name, daytime phone number and new shipping address. Your account will be updated from the next issue.
